Users of the platform can create their own Groups, Discussions, Courses and seek private contact with other users (friendships, dating, organizing events, or other activities). Users are allowed to charge fees for services or products that they offer through the platform.
This platform contains user-generated content. each user is fully responsible for the content they add to the platform. Each user has accepted the rules which state that no illegal activity is allowed on the platform (whatever is illegal in Switzerland since that is the base of the platform). Platform moderators are allowed to remove obviously illegal materials and report to any authority if they notice such materials or activity. Moderators also may act upon information or materials that threaten to destroy the property of another living being.
The legal basis for this platform is Common Law of the Land / the Law of Nations / the Public International Law. This platform does not recognize Maritime Law, National Rules or Regulations, or similar lower rights and duties.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
